Prawns Pepper Fry

Ingredients
  • Prawns 250 g
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice flour 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Lime juice 1 tsp
  • Crush pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg (less than half an egg)
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Curry leaves 2 spoon
  • Green chilly 3

Method

Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, rice flour, cornstarch, lime juice, crush pepper and add less than half an egg, mix it well and add prawns, coat the mixture well and deep fry them and also coat the rest of the mixture of prawns to curry leaves and green chilly and deep fry them. Serve this hot.
