Roast Chicken Masala

This whole chicken is marinated in spices before being roasted to a juicy, 


  •  Whole Chicken 1
  • Red chilly 3 tsp
  • 3 tsp coconut paste or milk
  •  Peanuts 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp garam masala pd
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • Green chilly 3
  • Curry leaves 2 spoon
  • Onions 2
  • Salt to taste

Method

Take a bowl add  2 red chilli paste, coconut paste peanut paste ghee mix it well and keep it aside.
Take a bowl and make a paste of red chilli,coconut paste,geram masala pd,salt and put this in side the chicken with the help of spoon and keep the chicken for 15 min,take some oil and apply it on chicken now chicken goes into oven then turn it after some time so that it gets roasted both sides, then apply masala again put the masala and let it go back into oven for 10 min. for roast.
.Heat 200 C for 35 min, reduce 175 to 10 min.
Then make this for chicken topping, heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urad daal, channa dal, Peanuts, chopped ginger, chopped green chilly, curry leaves, onions, salt, reduce the flame mix it like crumble

Served with spicy potatoes.
