Simple Egg Curry

Boiled eggs cooked in a spicy tomato onion based masala curry
Ingredients
  • Onions 1/2kg
  •  Tomatoes 1/2kg
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
  • Red chilly 3
  • Curry leaves 2 spoon
  • Tamarind juice ¼ cup
  • Boiled eggs 3
  • Turmeric pinch

Methods
Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it, add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it well and put the lid on and cook it for 5  minutes, in a slow flame (3 whistle) Boil eggs if u fry little slghtly they become crispe and add into curry it will be so taste so fry then add eggs into the curry garnish it with coriander and mint leaves on top and serve hot with rice or roti. but
