Urad Dal Laddu also known as sunni undalu is a very popular recipe of
South India. Sunnundalu or Urad dal ladoo is a very popular and healthy
sweet prepared during Diwali festival, Normally our grandmother's used
to prepare these ladoos and store them in airtight boxes and ask us to
eat daily one as it has a whole lot of nutrition and health benefits.
These ladoos are perhaps the easiest dessert that can be made easy, and
tastes yummy and highly nutritious.Sunnundalu is a very traditional
sweet of Andhra. Sunnundalu are made of roasted and ground urad dal ,
powdered sugar and desi ghee this three ingredients mixed together and
shaped into round balls.
Ingredients
1 cup Whole Uraad Daal
1 cup ghee
1or 1/2 cup sugar or jaggery

Take whole Urad dal and 1 tsp rice and roast the dal then grind it corasly then take a bowl and add jaggery or sugar then add ghee and make balls
