Mango pickle is a spicy and tangy condiment that is made in almost every
Indian household and has their own unique taste. Generally made during
the summer season with lots of spices and mango (green or raw mango)
pieces. During the Mango season all are busy making the Mango pickle is
different styles from different states. In Andhra we call this pickle as
Ingredients
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
1/2 bunchCurry Leaves
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Powder
6 small Garlic
1 tbsp Garlic
Pinch 0 Hing
1 1/2 tbsp Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 cup Oil
1 raw sour mango
3 0 Red Chillies dried
1 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Pd
Method
1. Slice the mango into small cubes and keep it aside.
2. Take bowl add Red chilli powder,mustard powder,fenugreek powder,garlic mashed,turmeric powder mix this well and keep it aside.
3.Take pan heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,hing,garlic once it is done switch off the flame and add curry leaves keep this tempering a side till it cool down.
4. Now take spices mixture add tempering into it and mix it well, now add cut mango cubes into it and mix it well again. keep this mixture for 24 hrs a side
