Prawns Pepper Fry

Prawns 250 g
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Chilly powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Salt
Rice flour 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Lime juice 1 tbs
Crush pepper 1 tsp
Egg (less than half an egg)
Oil for deep fry
Curry leaves 2 spoon
Green chilly 3 n




Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, rice flour, cornstarch, lime juice, crush pepper and add less than half an egg, mix it well and add prawns, coat the mixture well and deep fry them and also coat the rest of the mixture to curry leaves and green chilly and deep fry them. Serve this hot.
