It's an innovative crispy rolls, paneer egg rolls are made from oats, crumbled paneer and spice. A fried snack item paneer egg rolls are sure to appeal to all, when served hot with mint and coriander chutney or ketchup.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 no egg
- 1 cup maida
- 1 cup Oats
- to fry 0 oil
- 1 cup paneer
- as per taste red chilli powder
- as per taste 0 salt
- 1 bunch spring onions
- as needed 0 water
Method
STEP 1. Take a bowl add egg, maida,cornflour,salt,water make into a thin batter keep aside.
STEP 2. Now another bowl add paneer, oats, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli powder mix well keep aside this mixture for filling rolls.
STEP 3. Now take a non stick pan add little oil and wipe of with tissue paper and pour the egg batter into a thin sheets and just remove immediately from the pan and put on a corn flour dusted surface so that it does don't stick to the surface repeat the same.
or make chapati of maida and make rolls
STEP 4. Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls, repeat the same and deep fry the roll in oil till golden color.
