Paneer Paratha is nothing but Indian bread stuffed with cottage
cheese.
It is a filling and healthy dish usually served with raitha or curd or pickle.
Ingredients
as per taste ammchur pd
as needed atta dough for paratha
1 springs curry leaves
5 no green chillies
1 cup paneer
to taste salt
Method
Take grated paneer, green chillies, salt, curry leave, amchur pd mix well and make into balls
Take a bowl add maida,atta,salt, 1 tsp oil mix well then add water to make a soft dough rest it for 10min.
Now take soft dough of maida and stuff the paneer mixture and seal it and make roll into round shape like paratha,roti and cook on tawa both the side serve hot rub some butter on it enjoy it.
