Fresh Fruit Salad

Universal Fruit Salad is a healthy meal or side-dish. Fresh fruit is colorful and nutritious

ingredients:
2 cup cool whip cream
2 Scopes ice cream 
1/4 cup sugar
1 peeled and diced mango
1 orange sliced
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup sliced grapes
1 sliced banana
1/2 cube  Apple
1 tablespoon crushed walnut
1 tablespoon sliced or chopped almonds
2 strawberry sliced for garnishing

Wash and pat dry the fruits. Cut the fruits into bit size pieces.


Method
  • Place the cut fruits in a bowl and add the orange juice to it.
  • Drizzle the honey on the fruits and give a slight mix.
  • Transfer the fruits into serving bowl and place a scoop ice cream on top.
  • Serve immediately.
Notes
  • You can use any fruits you like for the salad.
  • I prefer vanilla ice cream with my fruit salad try other flavors too.
