Mutton With Green Gravy This mutton gravy is green in color and has
a different taste because of green chilli and coriander masala can eat
with naan or tandoori.
Ingredients-
Method-
1. Take a cooker add 2 large sp of oil heat it add all the khada masala and fry.
2. Add mutton pieces and fry till it turns brown add onion paste and fry till light brown. Add ginger and garlic and fry.
3. Add 4 tea sp of coriander 1/2 tea sp of chilli powder green chilli, turmeric powder. cook well add 1 cup of coriander leaves cook for 3-4 min, whole garam masala and salt.
4. After cooking for 3-4 min put 300 ml of water and close the lid for 20 min.

- 9. Cinnamon-1 pc, cloves - 4, cardamom large.
- 10. Coriander powder...........4 tsp.
- 11. Whole garam masal paste..........1 tsp.
- 13. Green cardamom..........4.
- 14. Turmeric powder............1/4 tea sp.
- 15. Red chiili powder..........1/2 tsp.
