This is a very tasty Indian snack, that can be made in a jiffy.
Ingredents
Bread 6 pieces
Black gram dal 2 tsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Coconut powder ½ cup
Oil 2 tsp
Red chilly 1 tsp
Mustard seeds ½ t
Fenugreek seeds ¼
Cashew nuts 10 Grams
Curry leaves 2 springs
Hing
Raw mango 1
Salt
Jagerry 1tsp
Tamarind ½ cup
Method
Take a pan add black gram daal, sesame seeds dry roast them, add coconut powder cook this till golden in color add bread mix this, . Switch off the flame and make a coarse powder.
Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard, fenugreek seeds, add curry leaves, pinch of hing, raw mango (cut into small pieces) saute this, add salt, jagerry and add water put the lid on cook for some time, then add tamarind juice, cook it and switch off the flame
