Chicken Pakodas are yummy and delicious appetizers or snacks made with
succulent chicken pieces and spices combined together and coated with a
spicy batter deep fried to make exotic and exceptionally tasty pakodas.
Method
First marinate the chicken with salt, chilly powder, vinegar, mix it well and rest for 1 hour, after that add ginger garlic paste mix it.
Take a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriander, curry leaves, oil, mix it well, bring back in to the marinated chicken in this add check pea flour mixture, sprinkle little water, mix it up fry them in hot oil. Then sprinkle chat masala on to it.
Serve this with hot.
- Chicken 500 g
- Salt
- Chickpea flour (basan) 100 g
- Rice flour 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 ½ tsp
- Chat masala 2tb
Coriander chopped 1 bunch
Curry leaves 2 spr - Oil for deep frying
