Crispy Chicken Cutlets
his is a fast and easy recipe to make on a busy night. We especially like the crunch of the bread crumbs.and the mashed potato mixed with some chopped vegetables and spices then crumbed and deep fried and serve hot with dipping.
Method
Take a bowl add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chilly flakes, chopped coriander, curry powder, salt, chicken keema the chicken cutlet mixture (left over), bread crumbs, mix this well and divide the mixture into equal portions of balls, make roundels or flat
boiled potato mashed,add salt pepper, make potato equal portion of balls then flaten it keep the chicken curry mixture in between and close the cutlet, make roundels or flat, coat with seasoned flour (all purpose flour + salt +pepper powder)
dip it in the egg, egg, mix it well with salt pepper, then coat with the bread crumb and deep fry them.
Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.

- Chicken left over 250gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Chilly flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander chopped 1 bunch
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Salt
- Potato 250 gm
- Egg 2
- Garlic chopped ½ tsp
- Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder ½ tsp
- Oil for deep fry
