Mushroom fry is made of mushroom, onions, tomatoes and delicately spiced to give a distinct flavor and aroma
Mushroom fry

Ingredients
  • 1 springs chopped coriander
    1  chopped onion
    1 tsp coriander pd
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp cumin pd
  • 1 pinch garam masala whole or pd
  • 4 piece garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 piece lemon juice
  • 1 pounds mushroom
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 to taste red chilli
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1  tomatoes
  • 1 pinch turmeric


 Method

• Heat oil in a pan , add whole garam masala, cumin seeds and when they crackle add chopped onions ,salt turmeric ginger garlic paste and cook\r\nadd curry leaves and chopped gr chillies\r\n\r\n add tomatoes and cook for few min and add mushrooms and cook till they are soft\r\n\r\n in another pan add butter , add crushed garlic, pepper,cumin seeds mixture to add coriander pd and cumin pd and add the cooked mushroom mixture and cook till the moisture evaporates and dry  and finish with lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
 Fresh mushroom are always good, 38 types of them,cut them when you are just cooking or they change dark exposed to air. remember one thing ,unless you are well educated with all type of mushroom or eating something poiseness only purchase from a grocer.
