1. In bowl put boneless mutton, to that add egg, salt and mix well, add corn starch and mix.
2. Deep fry the coated mutton in the oil till it gets a nice golden color.
3. In another pan heat some oil, add chopped garlic and ginger and fry them
4. To that add crushed fresh red chilies, green chilies, sugar, MSG, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and fried mutton pieces and toss well.
5. Then add mutton stock, lemon juice, salt and mix.
6. Finally add spring onions and serve.
- Mutton (Boneless) 500 gram
- Egg (beaten) 1
