This tomato cucumber curry is native from Rajastan as well as Gujarat
.its an easy dish where cucumber cooked little crunch and infused in
tomato based curry.
INGREDIENTS
OIL
RED CHILLY POWDER 1 TB
SALT
CHOPPED TOMATO 1 C
CUCUMBER 1 CUP
RED CHILLY 3 N
MUSTARD SEEDS ½ TS
CUMIN SEEDS ½ TS
CURRY LEAVES 5 N
CORIANDER POWDER ½ TS
GARAM MASALA ½ TS
METHOD
Take a pan add some oil, when oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, add coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric, and add tomato and saute them, add water and cook for 2 minutes add cucumber pieces, put the lid and reduce the flame and cook for 3 to4 minutes.
