Ingredients
- Lamb legs 4 pieces
- Black cardamom 2
- Cinnamon sticks (small) 2
- Green cardamom 3
- Mace 2
- Cumin seeds ¼ tsp optional
Kashmir Red chilly powder 1 tsp optional - Coconut pd 1 tsp
- Coriander pd 1 tsp
- green chilli 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp - Red chilli 1 tsp
- Salt
- Ghee 2 tsp or oil 2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
Method
Take a bowl 2 tsp of oil add onion, ginger powder,turmeric, water, mix it well.Cook it for 45 min till the legs are soft.add coconut coriander, green chilli.
Take blender in this add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds, make a coarse powder.
Heat ghee in a pan add black cardamom, add legs pieces which are already soft, cook it in a slow flame till leg meat is soft and add mixture of Kashmir chilly, or red chilli, water, salt, mix this well, put the lid on let it cook for 5 minutes till the meat is tender.
In this add made masala powder, mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Serve this naan, jawer ke roti or basmati rice.
