Coffee cocoa cookies are excellent tea time snack made with short crust dough flavored with instant coffee and cocoa powder.
Ingredients
Butter 175 g
Sugar powder 100 g
All purpose flour 250 g
Coco powder 15 g
Instant coffee powder 15 g
Baking powder (optional) 1 pinch
Egg 1
Method
Take a bowl add butter, powder sugar and cream it, add egg mix it well.
Take another bowl add all purpose flour, coco powder, instant coffee powder, baking powder (optional) mix it well, this mixture add into the butter mixture mix this like a soft piping consistency, take a cookies maker put the star shape nozzle and fill the mixture in this and make them cookies and bake them at 180 c for 12 to 15 minutes.
