- Chicken 1.5 Kg
- Bird's Eye Chili or Red Chili Pepper 2 tsp
- Cloves of Garlic 3
- Sprigs of Thyme2
- Sprigs of Coriander 2
- Bay Leaf of 1
- Juice of half Lemon 1/2
- Oregano of1 tsp
- Half bottle of Nando's Peri Peri Sauce 1/2 Half bottle
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Olive Oil 4 tsp
- Salt of 1 tsp
- Black Pepper of 1 tsp
Method
Wash the chicken and clean nicely with skin then rub pepper and salt keep aside, then roast Bay Leaf,Onion, whole red chilli, Garlic Cloves, Thyme, Coriander, pepper all ingredients grind this mixture into fine paste add olive oil, Lime juice, Vinegar, then apply this paste on chicken, marinate for 2 hrs and put it in oven till it is golden brown color on both sides.Fry some potato,or use French fry's baby corn and decorate it on plate.
