Aloo and Gobi curry

Ingredients
  • 250 gm of potato
  • 250 gm of cauliflower
  • 1 cup green pie soaked over night
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1/4 turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp zeera pd
  • 1 tsp coriander pd
  • 1 tsp dry mango pd
  • 2 tsp oil
  • A bunch of coriander leaves

Method

             First boil potato with 1/2 tsp salt  for 3 min so that potato and even cauliflower with salt can be cooked soon,
 now take a non stick pan put in 2 tsp oil put in cumin seeds, turmeric pd then sliced onions then chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, fry till they become soft now put coriander pd, cumin pd, red chili pd , amchur and salt mix well,
 now first put in potatoes fry, then pies and cauliflower,now when it cooked for 2 min put
 just 1/2 cup of water. Garnish with coriander leaves,
