Green beanes kheema is very popular in South India and it is prepared regularly in Hyderabad. Green Beanes kheema served with Rice or Roti.
Ingredients:-
Green Beanes 250g
Keema 500g
Medium Onions (sliced) 2
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander (ground) 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilly Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Green Chillies 3
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Whole garam masala (each) 2 no.
Water as required 1/4 cup
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, sliced onion, Turmeric, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, whole garam masala, salt, saute it for few minutes.
Add Green beans, kheema which is cut into small pieces , add some water put the lid on and let it cook till the green beans and kheema is tender, add coriander powder mix it well.
Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve this hot with rice or Roti.
