Ingredients
- 3 big Brain ( Goat)
- 2 piece Cardamom
- 2 piece Cinnamon
- 2 piece Cloves
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Pinch Garam Masala Powder
- small Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli pd
- 3 large green chillies
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 large onion
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of shah jeera
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
Method
1. Soak Brain in hot water for 5 min this helps in cleaning.
2. Take a pan add oil saute with masala,chopped onions,salt cook till it becomes light brown color.
3. Add turmeric,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,curry leaves,pepper powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder saute all this for few min.
4. Cut brain in equal small pieces and add to the masala fry for 5 min by closing with a lid.Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves
Very easy.
