Ingredients
4 bread slices, bread should be firm
2 medium size potatoes boiled peeled and mashed this will make about 1-1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup green peas boiled
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
1 green chili (hari mirch) minced; adjust to taste
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
Oil to fry

Method
Take a pan put 1 spoon oil put zeera,red chilli pd,finely chopped ginger,salt mango pd,boiled peas,boiled peeled smashed potatoes,chopped cilantro,minced green chili saute it nicely in oil after this mixture becomes cool make balls and then keep it aside.
Now take bread slices take out the edges, make it in to half slice, dip one side of the slice in water, press with your hands till water comes out,fill the these balls with potatoes and keep for 10 min, so that the wet balls become dry.
Now oil should be moderately heat in this deep fry these balls into golden color.
Serve them with tomato sauce.
