Gawar beans kheema is very popular in South India, it is prepared regularly in Hyderabad, Gawar Beans kheema served with Rice or Roti.
Ingredients:-
Keema 500g
Medium Onions (sliced) 2no.
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp optional
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander (ground) 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilly Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Green Chillies 3 no.
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Whole garam masala (each) 2 no.
Water as required
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds optional, sliced onion, Turmeric, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, whole garam masala, salt, saute it for few minutes.
Add Gawar beans, kheema, add some water put the lid on and let it cook till the gawar beans and kheema is tender, add coriander powder mix it well.
Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve this hot with rice or Roti.
