Goat Head meat

 Lamb Head meat is a delicious recipe of  India and it is a treat to the taste buds. The flavors of spices blend well in  Lamb Head meat..A delectable delight, Lamb Head meat is best suited for special occasions. With a rich aromatic gravy, or naan and jawer roti, is well worth the effort.

Ingredients
  •  Lamb Head Meat 2 heads
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon sticks (small) 2
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Mace 2 
  • Cumin seeds ¼ tsp optional
    Kashmir Red chilly powder 1 tsp optional
  • Coconut pd 1 tsp
  • Coriander pd 1 tsp
  • green chilli 4
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Ghee 2 tsp or oil 2 tsp
  • Turmeric  ½ tsp
Method

Take a bowl 2 tsp of oil add onion,  ginger powder,turmeric, water, mix it well.Cook it for20 min till the head meat are soft.add coconut coriander, green chilli.
Take blender in this add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds, make a coarse powder.
Heat ghee or 3 tsp oil in a pan add black cardamom, add  meat pieces which are already soft, cook it in a slow flame till head meat is soft  and add mixture of Kashmir chilly, or red chilli, water, salt, mix this well, put the lid on let it cook for 5 minutes till the meat is tender.

In this add made masala powder, mix it well and let it cook for 5  minutes.

Serve this naan, jawer ke roti or basmati rice.
