Lamb chops

Ingredients
  • 500 gm lamb chops
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Vinegar for marination
  • 2 large sliced onion
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 green chillies
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method
               Wash the lamb chops marinate with pepper pd vinegar and salt for 1/2 hour. Heat oil in a large pan and fry onion green chilli for few min add ginger garlic paste and red chilli pd and fry for 2 min now add marinated lamb chops and mix well add coriander and mint paste to mixture.Cook till the chops are tender and soft  till the gravy is dry or how much u want add water and serve hot with rice or roti.
