Lamb shank curry

Lamb Shank cooked with  adding 2 tsp oil not more than that into a nice curry

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp chilli pd
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp coriander pdr
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2  green chilli
2  lamb shank cut
1  onion 
0 salt
1  tomato
2 tsp oil

Method
Take a bowl 2 tsp of oil add onion,  ginger powder,turmeric, water, mix it well.Cook it for 20 min till the lamb shank cuts are soft.add coconut coriander, green chilli.

add all ingredients except tomato puree in pressure cooker and cook till 3 whistle 

remove meat add tomato puree and cook when cooked add lamb and if u want add potatoes simmer ,if needed add water

season and serve hot with coriander leaves on top
