Mutton Potato tomato Tamarind Pulp curry

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg of mutton
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp zeera 
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp of coconut pd
  • 1/4 tsp mathi
  • 1/2 tsp mustered
  • Coriander and curry leaves
  • 2 green chilli
  • 3 tsp red chilli
  • 2 tsp salt or as for ur taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 3 tsp oil
Method
Take a pressure cooker add 3 tsp of oil put zeera rai, ginger garlic paste, turmeric,red chilli,add mutton, tomato salt, 2 cups of water cook on high flame give for 6 whistles,
now take a pan roast coriander seeds,zeera seeds,mathi seeds,coconut pd, chopped onion with little oil.
Grind this dry spices into fine paste,even onion u grind
add this paste to mutton which is soft see that the mutton is tender or again put little water and cook for 2 min with potato by now saute it on low flame and
 add tamarind pulp,now put coriander and curry leaves for garnishing.
Close the flame,
Very easy to cook this curry,have it with Rice of Roti
