How to make naan on Tawa.
Ingredients
2 cups All purpose flour
1 cup oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Method
Let us add baking soda,salt,sugar,curd,oil in maida .let us save little oil for which we will use later.we will mix all ingredients with warm water to knead the dough.Make the dough very soft and put oil on palm and apply on dough,we have to keep kneading 5 -7 min till the dough becomes greasy.now our kneaded dough is greasy and ready now it looks shine,if u touch it u feel bounce if u press the dough it will come back to it shape, for this we use at least half a cup of warm water to knead this dough put some oil on top of dough and cover it and keep this dough in worm place for 2 hours,the dough will expand become twice its current size,Its ready to cook as naan on tawa,we'll take dry flour on palm and punch the dough,now we will make it into small balls by turning the dough downwards.Dust it with dry flour remove the extra flour and keep the balls away we make 6 balls cover and keep it so that dough dont become dry,now we keep tawa on fire,we can role it in oval shape or round according to our preference,the naan should not be thin so we roll it little thick like a parata. Now we will put little water on surface,just little so that all surface become wet then put the naan on tawa which it hot with wet side on it to cook,now naan surface become little dark so that naan is cooked from inside turn the tawa and cook naan which is sticking to tawa the other side on directly on frame.we can see the naan is cooking move tawa round and see naan is cooked on all sides brown spots come on top now naan is cooked and ready remove the naan from tawa apply little ghee on top of it.and keep it in one plate. and serve it .
