  • 16 oz. Rotini or Fusselini Pasta Cooked
  • ¼ Cup Cubed Pancetta
  • ½ Cup Carrots (Match Sticked)
  • ½ Cup Cucumber slivers
  • 1 Cup Olives Sliced
  • ½ Red Pepper Slices
  • Italian Dressing (add to your desired coverage)
  • ¾ C Mazola Oil
  • ½ C Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Finely Minced
  • 3 T Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 T Oregano
  • 2 T Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
