ingredients

  • Four 7-ounce cans red or pink salmon, drained
  • 1/3 cup bottled white horseradish
  • 1/4 cup plain dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Directions

    In a bowl, combine the salmon, horseradish, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, green onions and a few grinds of pepper. Shape the mixture into eight 3-inch patties.

    Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the cakes and cook in batches until golden and heated through, about 5 minutes per side.

    Make this a Drop 5 Meal by adding:
