Vegetable Pulao
Vegetables and basmati riced cooked with special flavorings-spices
Veg Pulao is a comfort and satisfying complete meal, cooked with aromatic rice (basmati), mixed vegetables & whole spices. This makes a healthy, nutritious & delicious one pot meal paired with raita, pickle & roasted papad. Ingredients
2 cups of basmati rice
1 cup all veg chopped and boiled
salt to taste
3 cup of water
2 tsp of oil
1 small onion.
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 bunch of mint and coriander leaves
2 cloves 1 cardamom 1 Cinnamon stick 1 bay leave
Method
Take a pressure cooker put 2 tsp oil put onion,cardamom, cinnamon,bay leave ginger garlic paste saute it till golden brown then put 3 cup of water and salt to taste, then let the water to boil then put rice cook it till water drain,close the flame serve the rice .
