Gond ke Laddu Recipe




Dond ke ladoo, a popular sweet preparation from the Rajasthan cuisine made with   crushed gond, sweetened and cooked in a good amount of ghee and made into roundels.
Ingredients:
 
Kaju        1cup
Badan      1 cup
Gond       1 cup
Ghee         1cup
Kishmish 1/2 cup
Coconut 1/2 cup
anjer       10
peanut      1/2 cup
flour          1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Nuts 3 tbs

Directions:
Take  fry pan, add ghee,  fry all dry fruits like almonds, kaju light brown color add flour and strain this mixture well from ghee, fry for some time in a slow flame up to golden brown (15 minutes).
Take another pan add peanuts coconuts and fry into light brown color,make powder of all fried ingredients like almond kaju,fried gond,coconut,peanut and make paste of all ingredients in this mixture add sugar, or you can make chashni of sugar and mix for chashni put just little water for sugar to melt and mix in ingredients.
Put this sugar in to the flour mixture and mix it well, let it cool for this mixture.fry the gond and keep it aside, and crush the fried gond or grind it also and add in to the mixture and mix it well. When mixture is cool down add nuts, and  take it in your hands and make ladoo. keep in mind while frying gond keep medium flame so that it is fried completely puffed till inside it states raw and while fry flour the medium flame and keep on staring,then we have to mix all the ingredients so that ladoo can be made easily.
