INGREDIENTS:
Mushrooms 6-10 nos
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Sesame seeds powder 1 tsp
Mustard seeds powder 1 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tbs
Salt To taste
Lime juice 2 tbs
METHOD:
1. Cut mushrooms into 2 pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mushrooms and remove from flame and keep aside.
3. When mushroom colour change add turmeric powder, sesame seeds powder, mustard seeds powder, red chilly powder, salt, lime juice and mix nicely.
4. Transfer into a container and stored in refrigerator or outside for 1 week or 10 days.
5. Now mushroom pickle is ready to serve.
