minimum for this anytime smoothie. Blend with banana, yogurt, sugar, and
orange juice for a citrus accent. Substitute other frozen fruits, like
peaches, for fun variety
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups
calcium-fortified orange juice
1 1/4 cups
frozen mixed berries (such as Cascadian Farm Harvest Berries)
1 cup
sliced ripe banana
1/2 cup
vanilla fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup
nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon
sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
