These tasty treats are easy to make for an appetizer or snack. Simply a
irresistible pakoda, this happens to be. Quick and easy to make, when
you have a guest at home suddenly.
Ingredients:
Chickpea flour (besan) 100 gm
Egg (boiled) 3 no
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Cooking soda ¼ tsp
Oil for deep fry 3
Method
Take a bowl add chickpea flour add chilly powder, ajwain, salt, ginger garlic paste, cooking soda, mix all of together, add oil, make a thick batter by adding a little water.
Dip each egg in the batter and deep fry till golden brown on a medium flame.
