200gm mutton piceses
2 tsp peanuts
1/8 tsp mathi
2 cup of water
Pressure cook the mutton
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 green chili
1 cup of Peas Frozen option
Curry leaves
2 tsp coriander pd
1 tsp cumin pd
5 cups of water
2 tsp of lemon
Now for Dhokli
1 cup of roti flour (Wheat flour)
1 tsp chick pea flour(Besan)
1/4 tsp of ajwan
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili pd
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1/4 + 2 tsp warm water
Method
Mix this all well as a stiff dough put little oil and keep for 10 min
Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee 2 tsp oil mustered seeds cinnamon,Hing,cloves, turmeric pd ginger green chili curry leaves,1 Cup of Peas Frozen add tomatoes,add 250 gm mutton and cook till it is soft add 5 cups of water,1 tsp of salt ,2 tsp of tamrand pulp,1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp of coriander pd,1 tsp cumin pd/12 tsp of red chili,and mix come to boil,then make roti or dough cut pieces of diamond shape and put them into daal and cook for 20 min till the cook till the raw smell of roti goes and put in a serving plate put 1 tsp ghee and coriander leaves and serve hot.Try it very tasty.
