- Plantain (raw banana) 2 no
- Green chilly 4 no
- Coconut powder 2 tbs
- Oil 1 tbs
- Mustard seeds ¼ tbs
- Red chilly 2 no
- Chana daal 1 tbs
- Urad daal 1 tbs
- Hing pinch
- Onion chopped 1 no
- Curry leaves 2 spoon
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Garlic chopped ½ tbs
Ingredients
First take green chilly,or red chilly fresh grated coconut put in to the blender and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds splutter add red chilly, chana dal, urad daal, pinch of hing, onion chopped, curry leaves, salt, turmeric, chopped garlic, sauté it for a minute, add plantain (boiled), toss it and add prepared paste of coconut and green chilly, mix it well and cook for 5 minutes, add chopped coriander, then switch off the flame.
