Cheese
balls makes a great starter. Cheese Corn Balls recipe is a crunchy yet

Ingredients:
- Butter 80 g
- Flour 100 g
- Egg 4 n
- Cheese 1tb
- Parmesan cheese 1 tb
- Finely chopped onions 1 n
- Chopped parsley 2 tb
- Chopped bell pepper ½ c
- Thyme ½ ts
- Salt
- Water 160 ml
- Parsley 1 tb
- Bell pepper 1 ts
method
Make a choux pastry
Take a pan add 160 ml water, 80 g of butter, and mix it, come to a boil reduce the flame and add 100 gm of flour mix it and switch off the flame. In this add eggs and mix it well, add cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, thyme, slat, mix this well
Take this batter in one spoon and drop like small dumpling in hot oil at 170 C and deep fry till golden color,
Serve this hot with your favorite sauce.
