malai kulfi



Kesar Pista Kulfi is a very famous and tasty frozen Indian dessert prepared with thickened milk, saffron, pistachio and other dry fruits.
This kesar pista kulfi is very easy to make and is beloved by children and adults alike. Kesar pista kulfi brings an instant relief during summers with its cream and softness.
You can also make this kesar pista kulfi on festive occasions or as a dessert for your guests.
INGREDIENTS:

1. Milk 1 lit
2. Cardamom powder 2 pinch
3. Sugar 1 cup
4. Saffron 1 pinch
5. Whipping cream 1 tbs
6 Badam 10
7 Pista 35

METHOD:

1. Heat pan, boil milk for 20-25 min until it reduced to half of its quantity, color is changed and malai is formed.

2. Add cardamom powder, Badam pista thinly cut once it is reduced to 60 or 70 percent add sugar and boil it again until it is reduced to half and becomes thick consistency.

3. Remove from flame, add saffron and pour into glass jar, allow it rest for some time.

4. Once it is cool add whipping cream and mix nicely and pour it into kulfi molds and place lid, keep it on a plate.

5. Insert thin stick and keep in deep freezer for 5 hour.

6. Now demould into a plate and serve it cool.
