For Dressings 
Baby carrot
onion
3 garlic and clove minced
 Cucumber chopped
cherry tomato
juice of 4 lime
1c feta cheese scrambled
1c olive oil
3 c frozen peas
1 tsp oregano parsley and dil
salt and pepper to taste
For salad
2-3 Grape tomato
2-3 baby baby carrot
3c frozen peas
3c Quinoa cooked
1 onion chopped
2 English cucumber quarter and chopped
2 .5 boneless skinless chicken breast
6-8 Summer squash any kind of fine spirallized into zoodles
Method
For Dressing
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and whisk together
Set aside
For salad jars
Evenly divide all ingredients in up among 12 jars
Seal tightly and refrigerate for up to 5 - 6 days
