Prepare this sandwich filling in 20 minutes with leftover turkey. Apple, celery and green onions add crunchy texture.
Ingredients

- cups diced cooked turkey

- cup diced unpeeled apple
- 1/2
- cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

- teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4
- teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4
- teaspoon pepper

- medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)

- green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
- 8
- slices whole grain bread
Directions
- 1 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread.
- 2 Spread turkey mixture on 4 slices bread. Top with remaining bread.
