Ingredients:
- 21/2 cups corn kernels or sweet corn
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour (maida or plain flour)
- 1/2 cup finally chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese or Italian mix cheese
For Garnish:
- 1 seeded and minced green chili
- Some fresh cilantro leaves
- Bread of your choice (I like French or sourdough bread)
Method:
Take corn in a pan and boil it with milk till it become soft on medium heat,keep turning it from time to time so that milk doesn't burn then cool off and grind corn slightly with maida, In other pan take some oil when it is hot put jeera(cumin seeds), salt put corn which is grinded with maida and add tomato, black pepper, cheese, lemon juice green chili and cilantro leaves and cook for 2 min and serve hot on bread in break feast or tea time
On the bread put cooked corn and garnish with cilantro and green chili
