Chicken Fingers


Marinated chicken strips nicely crumbed and baked in the oven till they are crunchy out side and very soft inside

Ingredients:

Chicken strips 250 gm
Bread crumbs 150 gm
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Salt
Eggs 3 no
All purpose flour ½ cup
Butter 1 tbs

Directions:

Take bread crumbs in to the plate, add butter, mixed herbs, mix it and add all purpose flour, and rub them all together.

Cut chicken in to thin long strips, take them in to the bowl add cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, chilly powder, mix this well, take this chicken strips dust with all purpose flour, dip them in to the beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs, arrange them on the baking tray and bake them at 220 c for 12 minutes. After 7 minutes remove the tray and turn the chicken strips other side and again put it back into the oven and bake them.
