method
• In a bowl take minced turkey add cumin seeds,green chilies, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin, coriander leaves, salt mix well make into small balls.
• Now deep fry the turkey balls and keep a side.
• In a pan roast the poppy seeds and add to the blender,coconut powder, canbarry blend it into fine past.
• In another pan heat oil, whole garamasala, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, salt mix well then add curryleaves, green chillies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste mix well and add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin,chilli powder, curd mix well and add water bring to boil by closing with the lid.
• After 10min of boil add the turkey balls and mix well top it of with coriander leaves chopped
