Ingredients of Masala for Gobi Paratha Recipe:
Cauliflower - 1 Medium (Grated after washing it properly)
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
Aamchur - 1tbsp
Ajwain - 2tsp
Fresh Green Chilli - 1 Finely Chopped
Ginger - 2 inch finely Chopped
Fresh Coriander - 3 sprigs (Finely chopped)
Preparation Method of Dough for Gobi Paratha Recipe:
Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add salt and oil
Mix properly and then knead soft dough by adding water slowly
Grease the dough and allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes
Preparation Method of Masala for Gobi Paratha Recipe:
Mix salt well with grated cauliflower and leave for 5 minutes
Take small amount of cauliflower and squeeze water from it.
Repeat the process for rest of cauliflower
Add all the ingredients with cauliflower and mix it well

Take medium size ball from dough and roll into a small disc
Add cauliflower masala and join edges of dough and roll
Roll from all sides uniformly
Heat the Tawa and place the paratha on tawa on medium flame
Once the paratha is slightly cooked apply oil on both sides
Cook the paratha on both side
