1 cup oats
1/2 cup fine semolina/suji
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1 small carrot finely chopped
4-5 spinach leaves finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
some fresh coriander
1 tsp fruit salt/ENO
1 tbsp oil/butter for cooking
Method
some oats put it in grinder and make fine powder, take a big bowl put this powder in it and add suji to this butter milk and lemon juice let it soak 15 min after 15 min put salt, green chili, cumin seeds, ginger finely chopped , finely chopped,small capsicum finely chopped small carrot, spinach leaves finely chopped small tomato finely chopped some fresh coriander fruit salt this thick mixture is ready with small bubbles in it mix it well and the batter is ready.
take a frying pan put little oil on non stick frying pan and put this dosa mixture on pan spread it nicely with spoon like dosa batter then turn it when it becomes golden brown to other side turn it leave some oil from sides and again make it in brown color
