Ingredients:

For the chocolate glaze:
2 cups — sugar
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 Cup — cocoa powder
1 / 4 Cup — milk
1 / 4 tsp — pure vanilla extract
2 cups — sugar
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 Cup — cocoa powder
1 / 4 Cup — milk
1 / 4 tsp — pure vanilla extract
Method
Place the sugar in a medium bowl, beat the butter and cocoa powder. Add milk and vanilla, whisk until well mixed
Cookies:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy mass, about 2 minutes. Add the egg, milk and vanilla, and beat until well blended. Add the prepared flour mixture, mix on low speed until blended.
Using a tablespoon or a spoon for ice cream, lay out the dough on the baking sheet , about 2 cm from each other. Bake cookies 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove the baking sheets from the oven, and put half of marshmallow in center of each cookie, pressing down slightly. Return to oven, and continue baking until marshmallows begins to melt, 2 to 2 1 / 2 minutes. Shift the cookies to wire racks to cool completely before frosting.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of glaze on each marshmallow, and distribute around the marshmallows.
