Ingredients :
- chicken leg pieces : 4
- salt to taste
- curd 1 cup
- red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Wash and clean chicken legs in a bowl.
- Add curd one cup, red chilli powder , black pepper , ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Mix it well and keep aside for 1hour.
- Take a frying pan and add oil for frying chicken legs.
- Let the oil get hot then add 4 chicken leg pieces in pan.
- Let it cook on slow flame for 15mins.
- For every 5 mins turn chicken leg pieces in pan.
- Take out chicken leg pieces when they turn brown.
- Add few drops of lemon on chicken leg pieces and serve with paratas or roti or you can have it without roti.
Note :
- Do not cook on high flame it will burn chicken leg pieces and all spice in it.
- Make small cuts on chicken leg pieces so that all spices enter into it.
- You can skip Red chilli powder it you do not like spicy.
