Spicy Chicken Fry Indian Style Recipe

Ingredients :
  1. chicken leg pieces : 4
  2. salt to taste
  3. curd 1 cup
  4. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  5. black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  6. ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  7. lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Method:
  • Wash and clean chicken legs in a bowl. 
  • Add curd one cup, red chilli powder , black pepper , ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Mix it well and keep aside for 1hour. 
  • Take a frying pan and add oil for frying chicken legs. 
  • Let the oil get hot then add 4 chicken leg pieces in pan. 
  • Let it cook on slow flame for 15mins. 
  • For every 5 mins turn chicken leg pieces in pan. 
  • Take out chicken leg pieces when they turn brown. 
  • Add few drops of lemon on chicken leg pieces and serve with paratas or roti or you can have it without roti.

Note :
  • Do not cook on high flame it will burn chicken leg pieces and all spice in it.
  • Make small cuts on chicken leg pieces so that all spices enter into it.
  • You can skip Red chilli powder it you do not like spicy.
