Ingredients used in Fish Fry Kerala Style |
• Fish pieces - 8 number. |
• Salt - to taste. |
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon. |
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon. |
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon. |
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon. |
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon. |
• Coconut oil - as required. |
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number. |
Method: |
- Take salt in plate, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, 1 tea spoon of coconut oil and mix them into a thick paste.
- Now marinate fish pieces with prepared mixture and shallow fry on both sides with coconut oil.
- Fry the chopped onions in the same pan and serev them with fried fish pieces.
Kerala Style Fish Fry is now ready to serve.
